At Full Marks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Full Marks account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
